The project is located in Cailun Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The exterior wall of the building is made of new environmental protection material, high-strength bamboo based fiber, Ecological and environmental protection, the facade construction system adopts the prefabricated steel skeleton bamboo based fiber composite system, which includes several units. Each unit is standardized production and processing in the factory as an independent module, and is assembled on site to form a complete building facade shape. Each unit includes the main steel structure frame system, bamboo based fiber facing layer, independent bamboo based fiber components, connectors, embedded weldments, etc.

The steel structure frame is used to replace the traditional solid wood structure. It gives full play to the characteristics of the steel structure, such as high strength, strong integrity after welding, and flexible modeling. It provides an optimization scheme for shaping the complex shape of wood buildings and structures. Moreover, the actual area of the steel cross-section material is small. Compared with the same specification of solid wood, the apparent density is often smaller, reducing the self weight of the structure, saving materials and reducing the cost. Using bamboo based fiber instead of traditional wood, its fire-resistant performance can reach Class B1, which can meet the national guidance trend of increasing fire protection requirements for building facade components year by year, and the standardized production of unit body, and the use of digital machine cutting and welding technology, so the processing accuracy is high, the error is small, suitable for the design requirements of complex shape buildings, low maintenance costs, long service life.
