Based on the analysis of the shape and function of administrative office buildings, the analysis of the regionality and nationality of architecture, and the abstraction of the essence of Bayannaoer Mongolian culture and the abstract of architectural vocabulary, the government office building in Linhe district has created a very strong external form. The squeezed entrance space of the building rises from the bottom to the top floor, and at the top floor, the end of the building is squeezed by geometric blocks in the same way. This design method shows the strength of the building itself - a tension of growth and momentum, which corresponds to the inner perseverance and accumulation of the Mongolian people.

The internal space of the office building returns to the humanized small bay mode, conforming to the staggered layers of the external form. The atrium space is three-dimensional cut into three parts. The walls of these three parts of the space are squeezed in the same way as the external form, so that the tension of the building is transferred from the outside to the inside. The whole building is creating a kind of character and strength ready to develop from the inside to the outside.
