Jinmao Wanli Hotel (formerly known as Wangfujing Hotel) is located at No. 57, Wangfujing Street, Beijing, China. The project is adjacent to Wangfujing Street in the East. The project is a reconstruction project. In order to solve the problems of backward image and aging facilities of the hotel, and to eliminate the potential safety hazards and improve the business functions, the owner will transform the existing hotel without breaking through the current planning height and ground area. In the design process, through analysis of the current situation, the valuable part is retained, the other parts are removed, the original high-rise main building structure is completely retained in the design, the podium part expanded in 1993 is removed, and the podium which conforms to the function of the five-star hotel is reconstructed and expanded for business functions such as banquet reception. After reconstruction, the largest separable banquet hall in Wangfujing area is possessed. At the same time, the semi basement parking lot on the west side of the original main building was demolished, and the original semi basement parking lot was expanded to meet the new requirements of the underground garage. At the same time, a quadrangle Club similar to the surrounding environment and culture was expanded on the basement roof.
